Surprise! You’ve Found St. Simons Island’s Best Kept Secret!
Welcome to “Practically Paradise!” |
Since The start of 2016, over 1.3 million dollars has been invested in capital improvements including rebuilding rear decks/stairs, repainting all buildings, and renovating the pool. Our community looks fantastic. We invite you to tour our small, 64-unit condominium community of eight 2-story wood-frame buildings, each building housing just four 2-bedroom flats and four 3-bedroom flats, and all sporting new roofs in early 2014! Our lushly landscaped and well-groomed community is nestled next to nature, with three buildings overlooking the expansive golden marsh through which Dunbar Creek winds. The back decks of the other five buildings enjoy views of the full-size turquoise swimming pool, and the large, tree-lined pond where ducks, herons and other waterbirds make their home. This special community offers a uniquely natural setting, while situated literally next door to all our island-living needs and wants!
